"Bunny Patch" ~ Springerle Cookie Mold

These are a Spring favorite for children, bunnies nibbling on some cabbage makes for some giggles. A multiple board saves times and makes four bite-sized springerle cookies with each pressing. My neighbor found this baby bunny in her garden under a mound of moving moss. He only came out for the photo the went back home. Nature in her glory is beautiful.
